The artists will be engaging the students in conversation on Aids prevention. In 2005, an estimated 2.8 million people died of AIDS-related causes. Approximately 380,000 of these were children under 15. 20 year old rapper, Shelvin Francis A.K.A MAGZ rises from the ashes as the legend of the Phoenix. MAGZ has a record deal with SoundScope Music, an independent Hip-Hop/R&B label in New York City.
