B ROB’s creativity doesn’t stop with his ability to blend different genres of music together to make REAL music. When B ROB performs he doesn’t do it to a CD track, he gets with his band and puts on a real show, with live instruments and background vocals. B ROB’s debut album “The Time Is Now” was released April 2007. Since its release date early last year fans have been introduced to what B ROB describes as Memphis’ “New Sound” and falling in love with it.
Since his debut B ROB has performed at NEWBY’s in the Midtown/Orange Mound area of Memphis, where the audience couldn’t get enough. He has also performed with other local Memphis artist displaying his additional talents, including piano, organ and drums.
In addition to his rhyming skills, B ROB never skips a beat on his tracks. With all tracks on his debut album “The Time Is Now” written, composed, mixed and produced by himself (excluding Track 6), B ROB proves to be nothing but talented as an artist, producer and track composer.
