Release & News Distribution Submission Guidelines
The following information
will assist you when writing news, articles or press releases for distribution
through the Rap Newswire network.
Submitting Your News,
Articles or Press Releases - Rap Newswire is not accepting submissions
promoting gambling, hacking/cracking content, excessive advertising and
also other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal
rights of others.
All Upper Case Characters
- We will never accept any submission that is ALL upper case characters.
The headline and body of your press release should be in the proper case.
Grammatical Errors
- Even the best writers and editors make grammatical errors and typos. Be sure to proof read your press release before submission and also use a spellchecker to help catch those the eyes usually miss.
Lack of Content -
We will reject any submission for lack of content. Any submission that is submitted should be a minimum of 300 words. When creating your news, article or press release, ask the questions who, what, where, when, why and how to be sure that your press release is complete and leaves no questions unanswered for the reader.
Advertisement Submissions
- Do not write your submission like an advertisement. Any submitted works that looks like an advertisement for a product or service will be immediately rejected. To help you get your submission approved, a Rap Newswire staff member will contact you and give you reasons why your submission was rejected.
Affiliate links -
Affiliate links are not permitted in submissions. The product or service
must have a direct link.
About You/Your Company
- Your press release should end with a short paragraph that describes
your company, products, services and a compact (short) company history.
If you are filing a conjoined or joint press release, include a profile
for both companies.
